FREE* FULL DAY AUTHOR VISITS - THIS SUMMER! ☀️

Grow Your Mindset are now taking bookings for a handful of primary school visits through this Summer term. Dates are now full!

When you reach out to us, please indicate your school location and size (e.g. 1 form/two form entry).

We can deliver sessions in an assembly/key stages or in individual/ combined classes in larger schools. Sessions for EYFS and KS1 are different to KS2 sessions. KS2 sessions focus more on how and why the book was written, with a mindset twist.

We can cover Eddie Effort, Millie Mistakes or both, with a sneak preview of our latest, unheard book - Freya Feedback.

Below is an example of a typical visit/day in a one-form entry school:

10.30 - 10.45 Reception: Book reading

10.45 - 11.05 Year 1: Book reading

11.05 - 11.30 Year 2: Book reading and q and a

11.30 - 12.00 Year 3: Book reading, q and a + short mindset session

Lunch/Break

1.15 - 1.45 Year 4 Book reading, q and a + short mindset session

1.45 - 2.15 Year 5 Book reading, q and a + short mindset session

2.15 - 3.00 Year 6 Book reading, q and a + short mindset session

3.00 Set up for book sales and signing in the hall/outside.

*FREE to all Greater Manchester and Lancashire schools (but we can travel anywhere in the UK - please ask when getting in touch)

Sales of books and our visit should promoted by the school through Twitter/Facebook and a letter home to help fund the visit.

If you would like to add on a staff mindset CPD session with our visit, this can be offered at a reduced rate.
